Framer B.V. is an EU company. For hosting, forms, and Localize, no transfer to third countries takes place. GoDaddy is solely responsible for domain management and has no access to website content or contact data.

4. International Data Transfers

The main processing (hosting, forms, language recognition) is carried out by Framer B.V., based in the Netherlands — no transfer to third countries outside the EU/EEA takes place for these processing operations.

For domain management (GoDaddy, USA), domain owner data is transferred to the USA. The transfer takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, additionally, on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, withdrawal of consent given, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority against us as the data controller.
