Framer B.V. is an EU company. No transfer to third countries takes place for hosting, forms, and Localize. GoDaddy is solely responsible for domain management and has no access to website content or contact data.

4. International Data Transfers

The main processing (hosting, forms, language detection) is carried out by Framer B.V. based in the Netherlands — no transfer to third countries outside the EU/EEA takes place for these processing operations.

For domain management (GoDaddy, USA), domain owner data is transferred to the USA. The transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, additionally, on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, withdrawal of consent given to us as the controller, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
