Mollaoğlu Ticaret A.Ş. is a family-run corporate group active in the areas of trade, consumer goods, brand development, and digital media.
Founded by Merve and Kayhan, the corporate group is based on long-term thinking, entrepreneurial responsibility, and the aspiration to create sustainable value.
With a deep understanding of modern brands, consumer behavior, and digital developments, we develop and operate companies, products, and concepts that combine growth with stability.

Merve Mollaoğlu
Founder & Chairwoman
Merve Mollaoğlu was born and raised in Germany. After graduating from high school, she moved to Istanbul, where she studied business administration and completed her master's degree.
She developed a passion for entrepreneurship, brand building, and creating new business ideas at an early age. Together with her husband, she founded Mollaoğlu Ticaret A.Ş., laying the foundation for a corporate group that now operates in the areas of trade, product development, gastronomy, digital media, and brand building.
As Chairwoman of the Board, she is responsible for the strategic direction of the corporate group as well as the development of new brands and business areas. Thanks to her many years of experience in the social media and marketing fields, she combines entrepreneurial thinking with a deep understanding of modern brands and consumers.
Her work is characterized by discipline, an innovative spirit, and the aspiration to create long-term value. In doing so, she pursues the goal of building businesses and brands that grow sustainably and endure across generations.
